Partaking in any form of sex – be it oral, anal, or vaginal, can put one at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Anal sex, however, carries the highest risk of transmission. This is because the tissue in the anus is quite fragile and thus incurs small, microscopic tears during the act of anal sex. These tears expose trace amounts of blood, making it much more likely for HIV and/or Hepatitis B or C to be transmitted. The risk of contracting these STIs is greater for the recipient (aka the “bottom”), but the “top” is also at risk. This is still true when lots of lubrication is used.
Male-male anal sex was not a universally accepted practice in Ancient Greece; it was the target of jokes in some Athenian comedies. Aristophanes, for instance, mockingly alludes to the practice, claiming, "Most citizens are europroktoi (wide-arsed) now." The terms kinaidos, europroktoi, and katapygon were used by Greek residents to categorize men who chronically practiced passive anal intercourse. While pedagogic pederasty was an essential element in the education of male youths, these relationships, at least in Athens and Sparta, were expected to steer clear of penetrative sex of any kind. Greek artwork of sexual interaction between men and boys usually depicted fondling or intercrural sex, which was not condemned for violating or feminizing boys, while male-male anal intercourse was usually depicted between males of the same age-group. Intercrural sex was not considered penetrative and two males engaging in it was considered a "clean" act. Some sources explicitly state that anal sex between men and boys was criticized as shameful and seen as a form of hubris. Evidence suggests, however, that the younger partner in pederastic relationships (i.e., the eromenos) did engage in receptive anal intercourse so long as no one accused him of being 'feminine'.
"I was always afraid it would hurt, but anal sex actually isn’t so much painful as it is uncomfortable. But! The discomfort is so extreme for some people that they can barely do it—like my best friend, who’s tried a few times with her fiancé and barely gotten it in, no matter how much lube they use. The key, apparently, is to be relaxed, which you really aren’t gonna be—in fact, knowing it’s about to happen will make you tense up more than usual—unless you happen to love it.
The development of the anus was an important stage in the evolution of multicellular animals. It appears to have happened at least twice, following different paths in protostomes and deuterostomes. This accompanied or facilitated other important evolutionary developments: the bilaterian body plan, the coelom, and metamerism, in which the body was built of repeated "modules" which could later specialize, such as the heads of most arthropods, which are composed of fused, specialized segments.

The Gräfenberg spot, or G-spot, is a debated area of female anatomy, particularly among doctors and researchers, but it is typically described as being located behind the female pubic bone surrounding the urethra and accessible through the anterior wall of the vagina; it and other areas of the vagina are considered to have tissue and nerves that are related to the clitoris. Direct stimulation of the clitoris, a G-spot area, or both, while engaging in anal sex can help some women enjoy the activity and reach orgasm during it.
18. “OK. Imagine that you are a kid at school, and you get your school lunch every day. Every day the lunch lady gives you an apple and an orange, and then tells you not to eat the orange. So every day, you eat your apple, and leave your orange sitting on the tray. You love apples. Apples are fucking amazing, you love eating them every day. But every day, for weeks, for months, for years, while you’re eating that apple, there’s an orange right there, inches away, staring you in the face. You’ve never tasted an orange before, and you wonder what it’s like. Is it as good as an apple? Is it different or the same? Around you, you can see that a few other kids are eating their oranges; they seem to be happy about it. You have a friend who’s always going on about how awesome oranges are, how the orange he ate last week was spectacular. And you love your apple; you really do. But after years of that orange staring you right in the face, of watching other people eat their oranges and love them, you just want to eat the fucking orange and see what all the fuss is about.”
8. Try it on your own first. You know how it's basically impossible to tickle yourself? This isn't the same, but trying out anal foreplay on your own is informed by a similar mind-set. You won't be surprised as much by your own, um, touch. It won't be the same as it would be coming from a partner, but it's a good way to feel out if you're into the sensation.
That information is very necessary, but I refuse to end this on a kind of scary note. The truth is that you can have an excellent time with anal play. Or it could be the exact opposite of your thing, which is OK, too. Either way, if you keep the above information in mind, you’re way more likely to come out of the experience having explored anal sex in a safe, healthy, potentially mind-blowing way.
Anal sex is a divine pleasure to some, a thing of the devil to others - taking it up the ass still polarizes couples across the globe. For most guys, the tight asshole is not made for their cock, but since humans are an ingenious and curious species, we discovered early on that anal penetration can provide pleasures not only to the giving man but also to the receiving woman, if done right, of course! The most important thing regarding anal - and we cannot stretch, err, stress this enough - is to start slow, be gentle and use lube. There is simply no fun in friction, especially not back there in the tight anus. And if you want to do anal more than once, you better make sure that the first time doesn't end up a horror show for her and her beautiful ass. And be open to suggestions she might make, like maybe sticking a finger up yours in return. Let her have some anal fun, too. And after all, if there is such a thing as a male G-spot, then it is accessible via the anal sphincter. Prostate massage anyone? Funny how evolution works sometimes. The male fun spot, right up to the ass. But let's focus on the girl's chocolate starfish again. You see, once you get used to the gaping part, anal fucking is not as big a deal as it might seem. It's very common nowadays, in many cultures and nationalities. Just a short glimpse at the anal sex videos on PornHD reveals that everyone's doing it. History shows that Europeans do anal like it's their second nature, Americans jumped onto the anal bandwagon and have evolved into ass fucking connoisseurs, Asians know no taboos about anal since centuries, except maybe Japanese guys, who have to content themselves with a hunch as to whether the asshole or the pussy gets penetrated behind the pixels. On PornHD you can make sure it's real, btw. If this is no indication that anal is much better than vaginal, multiple pornstars openly state that they prefer being fucked in the ass to being fucked in the pussy. Henessy comes into mind. Is there actually a scene where she doesn't enjoy some rough anal action? Stacy Silver, Allie Haze, London Keyes, you name them, are all renowned for their preference in anal cock riding. Even Riley Reid grew to like it. For some, the cocks used for anal intercourse cannot get big enough, making you wonder how much further you can go beyond the rectum. Our valued partner channels from HardX, Tushy, MyVeryFirstTime or AssTraffic showcase how beautiful anal sex can be. For the anal fanatics among us, there's plenty of stuff to be found on Porn HD : from anal fingering to anal toying, over ass licking or rimming leading to the culmination of it all with a big warm creamy filling, the anal creampie. The fascination with anal is so huge there's no getting away from it and that's a good thing, especially if you can enjoy your anal porn in crisp and sharp HD quality.
1. Relax those booty muscles. There are a bunch of li'l muscles around your anus that can be pretty tight if you're not relaxed. And as logic follows, if those muscles and your anal sphincter are tight, inserting anything can be painful and difficult rather than pleasurable and easy. Try something like deep breathing or a relaxing massage with your partner to make sure both you and your bum muscles are sufficiently chilled out, pre-anal play.
Unprotected receptive anal sex (with an HIV positive partner) is the sex act most likely to result in HIV transmission. Other infections that can be transmitted by unprotected anal sex are human papillomavirus (HPV) (which can increase risk of anal cancer); typhoid fever; amoebiasis; chlamydia; cryptosporidiosis; E. coli infections; giardiasis; gonorrhea; hepatitis A; hepatitis B; hepatitis C; herpes simplex; Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (HHV-8); lymphogranuloma venereum; Mycoplasma hominis; Mycoplasma genitalium; pubic lice; salmonellosis; shigella; syphilis; tuberculosis; and Ureaplasma urealyticum.
Reduce your risk of cutting or scratching your partner by trimming your nails. Long nails might tear the thin, delicate tissue of the anus, which could lead to bleeding. It also increases the risk of spreading bacteria that could cause infections. Be sure to wash your hands well and scrub under your nails after anal sex, too, especially before inserting them into the vagina or mouth.
